Series 62

 

The Corporate Securities Limited Representative Qualification Examination, or Series 62, qualifies an individual to trade corporate stocks, corporate bonds, rights, warrants, closed-end investment companies, money-market funds, privately issued mortgage-backed securities, other asset-backed securities, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

A Series 62 registration does NOT allow a representative to trade municipal securities, direct participation programs, variable contracts, or options.

The Series 62 is a 2 1/2 hour, 115 multiple-choice question exam categorized as follows:
